All of our items are FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous United States. There is no other hidden charges or handling fees.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

About damaged packages and defective items upon arrival
When you receive your item, please check your package and item carefully. If there is something wrong, the following steps are advised:
1. Take pictures reflecting the damage or defect clearly.
2. Then email us at support@swrtllc.com immediately with your order number and attach the photos.
3. We will contact you and try our best to find the best solution.
4. Attention please, do not throw away the boxes or packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Additional information
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after the daily cutoff are processed the next business day.
Accepted Return
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a refund. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Returns not supported
Returns are not accepted for damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence or abuse, or for items that have been assembled or used.
Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
Warranty
Limited warranty against manufacturing defects: 5 years on the hardtop roof and 1 year on the frame construction.

Amazing sunroom!!
We were in need of a bug free zone and this checked all the boxes! We opted for the 12×20, fit perfectly on our deck and provided room for our existing furniture that was constantly covered. We hired our contractor that built our deck. It is securely anchored to the deck. We added full electrical as well which included the addition of two ceiling fans, a mini split (which also has a heat setting) and of course a 55 TV! It is a beast to put together…lots of screws and a few confusing steps. And you definitely need four people to attach the roof frame. That being said, the customer service from Purple Leaf was impressive! Reaching out to me before we even started installation! We were missing a J hook and they sent one FedEx the same day! We absolutely love how it turned out and look forward to many years of enjoyment!

Great addition to our backyates
Our screened in gazebo has been a game changer for us using the backyard. We have a very shaded yard. Lots of trees. And with lots of trees comes lots of bugs. It got to the point where we could not sit outside with getting eaten alive by bugs. So we did some searching and came across PurpleLeaf. The product is amazing. We’ve only had it 3 months but we are able to enjoy our yard without the pests. We had a couple of friends who were able to put it together in a couple of days. All the screens and doors are tight so no unwanted bugs come in but plenty of airflow. We’ve even added some string lights around the top and brought in a fan to help with the air flow. I like the idea of an air vent at the top to allow for air circulation all around. Looking forward to being able to spend more time outside in the cooler months with the solid panels that will keep things a little warmer when the temp drops. One little warning about putting the solid panels in… Make sure the pins are on the outside. They easily slip in the wrong way and then you have an issue getting them out. I know because we did it. Well worth the investment!!! Enjoy!

2’x14’ Solarium
We are absolutely loving our new solarium! We upgraded from a slightly smaller all open sided one and I’m loving the upgrade! This feels more like a bonus room than just sitting outside. The removal of windows is easy and allows for a nice breeze. We were able to fit a decent amount of furniture inside (2 seater sofa, 2 chairs with ottomans, a couple side tables, and a larger fire table) and there is still room for us to pull in more chairs if needed. All I’m missing now is an ocean view (which is hard to come by in Missouri). Install was ok with a few tricky parts but we were able to do the whole process with just my husband and I. Highly recommend the upgrade!
