If Your Payment Fails
If your payment is declined or you are unable to complete checkout, please try the following:
- Make sure your card is enabled for online and international transactions.
- Confirm that your billing address and card information are entered correctly.
- Make sure your card has sufficient available funds or credit.
- Complete any authentication or verification requested by your bank.
- Try using another supported payment method, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.
- Try completing the payment using another browser or device.
- If the payment continues to be declined, contact your card issuer for further assistance.

Foreign Transaction Fees
A foreign transaction fee is a fee that may be charged by your bank or card issuer when a transaction is processed in a foreign currency or through an international merchant.
These fees are determined by your bank or card provider and are not controlled or charged by SWRT.
Foreign transaction fees may vary by financial institution and can commonly range from approximately 1% to 3% of the transaction amount, although the actual fee depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Foreign transaction fees may apply to:
- Online purchases from international merchants
- Purchases made in a foreign currency
- International transactions
- Certain ATM transactions
How to Avoid Foreign Transaction Fees
If you want to avoid additional foreign transaction charges, consider using a credit or debit card that offers no foreign transaction fees.
Please contact your bank or card issuer if you have questions about any additional fees appearing on your statement.
Payment Security
Your payment information is processed through our supported payment providers and payment gateways. SWRT does not ask customers to send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment information through email, text messages, or social media.
For your security, always complete payments through the official SWRT checkout.
